摘要 年龄、患者PS评分。 结论： 1、可减轻晚期胃癌患者主要照顾者负担的因素有：照顾者为患者子女、家 庭月收入高于10000元/月、有人帮助照顾；可加重晚期胃癌患者主要照顾者负 担的因素有：照顾者文化程度低于小学以下水平、 家庭月收入低于3000元/月、 伴有慢性疾病、无护理经验、职业为公务员或职员。 2 、晚期胃癌患者主要照顾者存在较严重的焦虑、抑郁症状。影响照顾者焦 虑、抑郁的共同因素有：患者病程、与患者关系、照顾者年龄；另外癌性疼痛 还是加重焦虑水平的因素，而患者的知情情况也是抑郁的高危因素。 关键词：晚期胃癌；主要照顾者；负担；焦虑；抑郁；影响因素 III 万方数据 Abstract ABSTRACT Objective： To investigate the prevalence of the burden 、anxiety and depression in the primary caregivers of advanced gastric cancer patients and its related factors. It would provide the theoretical foundation of effective interventions . Methods ： During September 2012 to March 2013, 177 primary caregivers of advanced gastric cancer patients who were hospitalized in the First Affiliated Hospital of Nanchang University were recruited in this study. The investigation instruments includes Hospital Anxiety and Depression Scale(HADS) 、Caregiver Reaction Assessment(CRA) 、the self-designed general situation questionnaire of the primary caregivers and the patients with advanced gastric cancer .
