FLIP、NF-κB在胃癌中表达及相关性探究 　【摘要】 ［目的］ 研究FLIP、NF-κB在胃癌及癌前病变中的表达及两者之间的关系。 ［方法］ 运用免疫组织化学染色SP法检测FLIP、NF-κB在45例胃癌与60例癌前病变组织中的表达。［结果］ 胃癌FLIP、NF-κB蛋白阳性表达分别为82.2%（37/45）、62.2%（28/45），明显高于肠化生的30.0%（9/30）、23.3%（7/30）（P＜0.01），与异型增生40.0%（12/30）、33.3%（10/30）（P＜0.01）。FLIP表达与胃癌临床分期及淋巴结转移相关，与肿瘤分化程度无明显相关性；NF-κB表达与胃癌分化程度、临床分期及淋巴结转移相关（P＜0.05）。NF-κB与FLIP呈正相关(r=0.52，P＜0.05)。［结论］ FLIP与NF-κB异常表达与胃癌的发生发展及预后密切相关；NF-κB与FLIP在胃癌形成中可能起协同作用。 【关键词】 胃肿瘤 A Study of Relationship between Nuclear Factor KappaB(NF-κB) and FLICE-inhibitory Protein(FLIP) Expression and Gastric Carcinoma Abstract: ［Purpose］ To explore the relationship of FLICE (FADD (Fas-associated death domain)-like IL-1beta-converting enzyme )-inhibitory protein (FLIP) and NF-κB expression and gastric carcinoma and precancerous lesions. ［Methods］ Expression of FLIP and NF-κB in 45 cases with gastric carcinoma and 60 cases with precancerous lesion was detected by immunohistochemical method (SP method). ［Results］ Positive expression of FLIP and NF-κB in gastric carcinoma was 82.2%（37/45） and 62.2%（28/45）; in intestinal metaplasia, 30.0%（9/30） and 23.3%（7/30）; and in dysplasia, 40.0%（12/30） and 33.3%（10/30） respectively with significant difference （P＜0.01）. Expression of FLIP correlated with clinical staging and lymph node metastasis, not with differentiation degree in gastric carcinoma. Expression of NF-κB correlated with differentiation degree, clinical staging and lymph node metastasis in gastric carcinoma（P＜0.05）. There was a positive correlation between FLIP and NF-κB (r=0.52，P＜0.05）. ［Conclusion］ Abnormal expression of FLIP and NF-κB closely correlates with gastric carcinogenesis and prognosis. NF-κB and FLIP may play a synergistic role in gastric carcinogenesis.
