Shown: Vista Del Campo * There are two main pathways to admission at UC Irvine: direct admission and UCI’s International Undergraduate Preparation Program (IUPP). * A second pathway toward admission to UC Irvine is through the International Undergraduate Preparation Program (IUPP). This program prepares students both to apply for admission to UCI and to be successful in the UC academic programs they hope to undertake. Acceptance to the IUPP is only for those international high school graduates who appear to be strong candidates for admission to UC Irvine. The UCI Office of Admissions and Relations with Schools has established parameters for those who are admitted to IUPP. IUPP is designed for those students who may not be immediately qualified on one or more of the official requirements for admission to UCI.
