中医治疗艾滋病方药探究 　【摘要】 　　目的 艾滋病（AIDS）是一个新的病种，目前国家实施的抗病毒药物一是疗效欠佳；二是毒副作用较大，笔者根据多年临床经验，并对AIDS进行精心研究，组方立法，试图创造奇迹。使患者延长生命，提高生存质量。方法 但笔者经过精心研究，认为中医称本病应为淫毒-虚劳-外感较为体贴，或称淫毒、虚劳、外感综合征。在对本病有充分认识基础上立扶正（重建修复免疫系统）、祛邪（1杀灭病毒，2抗机会性感染）为法。遣加味补中益气汤为基本方。补中益气汤为治疗内伤、虚劳、外感的代表方剂。本方加灵芝、西洋参等补阴，紫河车大补真元。气阴（血）双补。疗效卓著。结果 临床观察9例，其中低热6例，腹泻8例，咳嗽4例；肝功能异常9例，全部有效，总有效率达100%，显效4例，显效率44%（临床症状及体征改善为有效，全部消失为显效）。结论 根据以上观察笔者认为本方案前景广阔，有继续验证、研究的价值。 【关键词】 中医中药　艾滋病　治疗观察 　　Research on Chinese medicine and its preparation for AIDS 【Abstract】 Objective The key model national district preventing and controling AIDS,Qinghe Office is the key one.AIDS is a new kind of sickness. At present the national implementation of antivirotic medicine is of the unsatisfactory curative effect, at the same time,with poisonous side effect. The author acts out according to many year?s clinical experience, conducts the research to AIDS carefully,makes good legislations and attempts to create the miracle to make the patient lengthen the life, improve the life quality, then cure AIDS difficulties.Methods We must have a full understanding of difficulty curing AIDS. the author does the careful research thoroughly and thinks it is appropriate that Chinese medicine calls this sickness the obscene poisonous - debility of long illness - external disease factors,or calls it factors syndrome.Under the full understanding foundation to this sickness we straightens up to dispel evilly（reconstructing and repairing immune system） by killing virus, and anti-opportunity infection.“Zhong yi qi soup”is the basic representative prescription; it can make up benefits and treat the internal injury, the debility of long illness,external disease factors.We add the American ginseng and so on compensating deficiency of yin. The placenta makes up the real whole greatly.The curative effect is so remarkable.Results The clinical observation counts for 9 examples, 6 examples low heat, 8 examples the diarrhea, 4 examples cough, 9 examples the liver dys function, and 4 exam
