人口健康素质及防盲治盲探究 　 作者：谢红莉，李捷理，周芬，瞿佳 【摘要】 本文介绍防盲治盲工作对提高人口健康素质、实施人口发展战略的重要作用。我国现有13亿人口，盲人约有600万，占全球失明总数的18%，为全球盲人最多的国家之一。目前，防盲治盲中存在的最主要问题是根治可复明性白内障盲的进展缓慢。人口的增加和老龄化社会的到来，出现了专业人才缺乏且分布不平衡、基层眼科服务能力低下、初级眼保健工作薄弱、群众防盲治盲意识不强等问题。防盲治盲工作不仅是一项重要的医疗卫生工作和艰巨的社会工作,更是我国创建和谐社会的重要保障。因此，要将防盲治盲提高到人口健康素质高度，从提高人口健康素质高度来研究防盲治盲。协同各级卫生部门以及国际、国内民间防盲组织一道积极推动“视觉2020”在中国的开展。探索适合中国国情的高质量、低消耗、高效益并与政府、社会团体联动的防盲治盲新体制、新模式。 【关键词】 人口，健康素质，防盲治盲 Abstract: To introduce important effect on the prevention and cure of blindness to improve healthy quality of population and implement strategy of people’s development. There were six million blind persons in 13 billion in our country and accounted for eighteen per cent of global blind man. Our country was one of the most blind person in the world. Now， the key problem in the prevention and cure of blindness was too slow of curing cataract which can see brightness again after treatment. Those problems，such as increasing of population， an ageing society， lack and imbalance of professional， low serving capability of basic unit， poor work of primary eye’s health protection， no strong consciousness of masses about the prevention and cure of blindness existed in our country. The prevention and cure of blindness were not only an important medical work and arduous social work，but also important guarantee of establishing harmonious society. For this reason，ones should upgraded People’s Healthy Quality，objective of the research on the prevention and cure of blindness is to improve people’s Healthy Quality. Department of health at all levels should cooperate with the international and domestic organization of the prevention and cure of blindness， and actively promote development of “vision 2020” activity. New pattern and system of the prevention and cure of blindness which are high quality， low consumption， high benefit and change with government league and adapt to national conditions should be explored.
