抽动秽语综合症患者认知功能及自我意识关系探究 　 作者：季卫东 杨闯 黄颐 郭兰婷 【关键词】 儿童；抽动秽语综合症；认知功能；自我意识 　　【摘要】 目的 探讨抽动秽语综合症患者认知功能与自我意识之间的关系。 方法 随机抽取50例抽动秽语综合症患儿为研究组，采用韦氏儿童智力量表（中国修订本）和PiersHarris儿童自我意识量表为评定工具进行调查，并与30名正常健康儿童进行对比分析。 结果 研究组言语智商、操作智商及全量表智商均显著低于正常儿童（Plt;0.01），分量表分中除知识和数字广度因子外亦均低于正常儿童（Plt;0.01）；研究组PiersHarris儿童自我意识量表各分量表分与总分均显著低于对照组（Plt;0.01）；研究组PiersHarris儿童自我意识量表智力和学校情况的评价、幸福满足感与其言语智商、操作智商及全量表智商均呈正相关，焦虑因子分与理解、算术、言语智商、全量表智商均呈负相关。 结论　抽动秽语综合症的认知功能和环境因素有一定关系，儿童自我意识和认知功能可能有相互影响。 　　【关键词】 儿童；抽动秽语综合症；认知功能；自我意识 　　A comparative study on cognitive function and selfconcept in children with Tourette syndrome 　　　【Abstract】 Objective To explore the relationship of cognitive function and selfconcept in children with Tourette syndrome(TS). Methods A selfmade common environment questionnaire，Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children(WISCChinese reversion) and PiersHarris Children Selfawareness Scale(PHCSS) were applied to 50 children with TS(research group) and 30 normal controls(control group). Results Compared with control group, the verbal IQ ,performance IQ and full scale IQ of the research group all were markedly lower(Plt;0.01),so were the other factors? scores of subscale except information and figure extent(Plt;0.01) .Compared with the control group, scores of all subscales and total scores of the PHCSS were significantly lower in the research group(Plt;0.01). In the research group, intelligence, appraisement of school and welfare satisfaction were positively related to the verbal IQ ,performance IQ and full scale IQ of the research group, and anxiety factor was negatively to understanding, arithmetic, verbal IQ and full scale IQ. Conclusion The cognitive function of tourette syndrome is related to environment.
