白英总苷抗肿瘤作用初步探究 　 【关键词】 肿瘤 　　Ｔhe Primary Study on the Antitumor Effect of Total Saponin of Solanum Lyratum Thunb 　　Abstract：Objective To observe the anti-tumor activity of the total saponin of Solanum Lyratum in vitro and vivo. Methods In vitro, the inhibitory effects of total saponin of Solanum lyratum on proliferation of human hepatoma BEL7402 cells and gastric carcinoma SGC7901 cells were measured by MTT colorimetric assay. The mouse tumor model was used to investigate the effects of total saponin on tumor growth. Results The studies demonstrate that total saponin of Solanum lyratum inhibited proliferation of BEL7402 cells and SGC7901 cells, and the IC50 values on them were (180.22±6.32) μg/ml and (14.89±4.89) μg/ml, respectively. The tumor inhibitory rate of high dose of total saponin on S180 sarcomatransplanted mice were 33.76%±3.24%. When the dose of total saponin varied from low to high, it was able to inhibit the growth of S180 sarcomatransplanted mice in a dosedependent manner. There was no influence of total saponin on the growth of H22 hepatic cancer. Conclusion The total saponin of Solanum lyratum could inhibit the proliferation of tumor cells and inhibit the growth of graft tumor in mice. No acute toxic effect was seen in our experiment. 　　Key words：Solanum Lyratum Thunb；Antitumor；MTT method；S180；H22 　　摘要：目的 研究白英总苷体内外抗肿瘤作用。方法 采用MTT法考察白英总苷体外对人肝癌BEL7402细胞及人胃腺癌SGC7901细胞的增殖抑制作用；以小鼠S180肉瘤及H22肝癌为模型，考察白英总苷体内对肿瘤生长的抑制作用。结果 白英总苷对人肝癌BEL7402细胞及人胃腺癌SGC7901细胞有显著地增殖抑制作用，且均呈现良好的浓度效应依赖关系，作用48h的IC50值分别为（180.22±6.32）μg/ml和（114.89±4.89）μg/ml；白英总苷对小鼠S180肉瘤有显著的抑制作用，且呈现良好的剂量-效应关系，三次重复实验，高剂量组的抑瘤率达到33.76%±3.24%；白英总苷各剂量对小鼠H22肝癌抑制作用均不显著。结论 白英总苷体内外有一定的抗肿瘤作用。 　　关键词：白英；抗肿瘤；MTT法；小鼠S180 肉瘤；小鼠H22肝癌 　　0 引言 　　茄科植物白英（Solanum Lyratum Thumb）又名白毛藤，主产于江苏、浙江、江西，具有清热解毒，祛风利湿，化瘀等作用。临床常用于治疗感冒发热，胆囊炎，胆石病，癌症，子宫颈糜烂，白带等病症[1]。有研究表明，白英水提物体外有较强的肿瘤细胞增殖抑制活性[2],脂溶性提取物能促进癌细胞凋亡[3]。前期研究结果表明，白英总苷对A375细胞等多种体外培养的肿瘤细胞系具有良好的细胞增殖抑制活性[4]，本研究进一步对白英总苷体内外的抗肿瘤作用进行系统的观察。 　　1 材料与方法 　　1.1 动物及瘤株 　　昆明种小鼠，购自中国医科
