腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术规范化探究 　[摘要] 目的 探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的应用价值。 方法 选取我院2015年6月～2016年4月收治的40例患者，按照入院顺序随机均分为实验组和对照组，实验组进行规范化腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术治疗，对照组进行常规开腹手术。观察两组患者手术情况、术后恢复情况、治疗费用、术后并发症发生情况、术后疼痛评分、术后生活质量。 结果 实验组患者术中出血量及手术时间均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；实验组患者术后肛门排气时间、恢复正常饮食时间、术后住院时间以及治疗费用均明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；实验组术后并发症总发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；实验组患者术后疼痛评分明显低于对照组，生活质量评分明显高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术规范化治疗效果确切，患者术中出血量少，手术时间短，而且住院时间短，治疗费用低，术后患者生活质量较高，疼痛较轻，并发症较少，临床应用价值较高。　　[关键词] 结直肠癌；开腹手术；腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术；规范　　[中图分类号] R735.37 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2016）19-0057-03　　[Abstract] Objective To explore the clinical value for the laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer. Methods 40 cases of patients with colorectal carcinoma were randomly divided into experiment group and control group from June 2015 to April 2016， the experiment group was treated by laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer， the control group was treated by tradition open surgery. The general situation of operation， recovery condition after operation， treatment charge， postoperative morbidity， score of pain after operation， quality of life. Results The intraoperatve blood soss and operative time for the experiment group were lower than the control group，the difference was significant（Plt;0.05）； The anus exhausting time， time back to normal diet， length of stay after operation and treatment charge for the experiment group was lower than the control group，the difference was significant（Plt;0.05）； The postoperative morbidity for the experiment group was lower than the control group，the difference was significant（Plt;0.05）； The scores of pain for the experiment group were lower than the control group（Plt;0.05）； The quality of life for the experiment group were higher than the control group，the difference was significant（Plt;0.05）. Conclusion It has good clinical effects for the patients with colorectal carcinoma by laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer， with lower intraoperatve blood loss， shorter operative time， lowe
