越鞠保及丸治疗轻中度抑郁症临床疗效观察 　 作者：潘洪峰 董湘玉 刘瑶 许建阳 曾强 梁佳 【摘要】 　　目的 观察越鞠保和丸治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效。方法采用开放式随机对照方法，将24例患者分为两组，分别用越鞠保和丸(治疗组13例)和百忧解 (对照组11例)治疗4周，于治疗前后应用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、自拟中医证候等级评分量表等评定药物疗效，并同时观察药物不良反应。结果两组临床疗效比较差异无显著性(Pgt;0.05)；两组治疗后HAMD，SDS积分均明显低于治疗前(Plt;0.05)，但两组间比较差异无显著性(Pgt;0.05)；在改善中医证候方面，两组缓解患者精神症状如情绪抑郁、心烦太息、失眠多梦、神疲懒言等疗效相当(Pgt;0.05)，而缓解躯体症状如胸脘胀闷、嗳气少食、大便不调等则治疗组优于对照组(Plt;0.05)；治疗组不良反应低于对照组。结论越鞠保和丸治疗轻中度抑郁症的临床疗效与百忧解相当；缓解躯体症状优于百忧解；不良反应少于百忧解。 【关键词】 越鞠保和丸 百忧解 抑郁症 　　Abstract:ObjectiveTo observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Yuejubohe pill on light or middle level depression.MethodsIn open-random comparing method, 24 cases of patients with depression were divided into 2 groups: Yuejubaohe Pill treating group (13) and Beiyoujie control group (11),the therapeutic time was 4 weeks. The therapeutic effects of the drug were assessed by using the HAMD，SDS and grades score chart of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) symptom complex to make grades in pre-treatment and post-treatment, and the adverse reactions of the two groups were observated.Results There was no significant difference between the two groups (Pgt;0.05) in the clinical therapeutic effect. The scores of both groups were significant lower in post-treatment than those in pre-treatment by HAMD, SDS(Plt;0.05),but both groups had no significant difference beteewn them( Pgt;0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups at the symptoms of mood depressing, being perturbed, sleeping disorder, spirit tired and few words(Pgt;0.05), but there was significant difference between the two groups at the symptoms of thorax expanding and boring, eating little, defecating disorder, the treating group was better than the control group(Plt;0.05). The adverse reactions of the treating groups were lower than those in control group.ConclusionYuejubaohe pill has the same total therapeutic effect in treating depression as well as Baiyoujie.
