颈康灵胶囊抗炎镇痛作用实验探究 　 作者：冯紫薇，罗才贵，常德贵，雷静涵，钱俊辉 【摘要】 ：［目的］颈康灵胶囊的镇痛、抗炎作用。［方法］通过二甲苯致小鼠耳廓炎症肿胀、大鼠棉球致肉芽肿增生，大鼠足跖角叉菜胶致炎3种动物模型进行抗炎药效实验；采用醋酸致小鼠扭体反应及小鼠热板法,进行镇痛实验。［结果］颈康灵胶囊能显著抑制上述动物模型炎症反应和醋酸致小鼠扭体反应,并对热板法致小鼠痛阈有显著提高。［结论］颈康灵胶囊对急、慢性炎症均有显著抑制作用,而且有显著的镇痛作用。 【关键词】 颈康灵胶囊；抗炎；镇痛 　　Abstract: ［Objective］To study antiinflammatory and analgesic actions of Jingkangling Capsules（JKLC）.［Methods］The pharmacodynamic effects were observed in three experimental models of inflammation，including: swelling increase induced by xylene in mice；granuloma increase by cotton in rats； granuloma caused by implanted croton oil in rats.
