高龄患者剖胸围术期低体温原因及护理路径建设 [摘要] 目的 观察高龄患者剖胸围术期间低体温变化对患者术后恢复的影响。 方法 选择全麻剖胸高龄患者100例，随机分为常规组和保温组两组。常规组50例患者围术期未实行保暖措施，保温组50例术中采取电子液体加温仪输液，术后使用电热毯保温，观察两组患者围术期体温、血压、心率变化及术后引流量的多少和寒颤的发生率。 结果 与保温组相比，常规组患者术后体温下降、心率血压变化明显，同时引流量增加、寒颤的发生率增高，两组比较差异有统计学意义。 结论 高龄患者剖胸围术期维持正常体温，有利于避免潜在的术后并发症，有助于患者康复。 　[关键词] 高龄；围术期护理；低温；胸廓切开术 　[中图分类号] R472.3 [文献标识码] B [文章编号] 1673-9701（2015）01-0093-03 　The cause of hypothermia in perioperative aged patients receiving thoracotomy and nursing measures 　SHEN Yan1 WANG Kaige2 FENG Ge1 GUO Xian1 　1.Department of Anesthesiology， Pingdingshan No.1 Peoples Hospital， Pingdingshan 467000，China；2.Department of Thoracic Surgery， Pingdingshan No.1 Peoples Hospital， Pingdingshan 467000，China 　[Abstract] Objective To observe the impact of hypothermia in perioperative aged patients receiving thoracotomy on postoperative recovery. Methods A total of 100 aged patients receiving thoracotomy under general anesthesia were selected and randomly assigned to the regular group and the thermal insulation group. 50 patients in the regular group did not receive thermal insulation measures during the perioperative period. 50 patients in the thermal insulation group received infusion via the electronic fluid warming device during surgery and received thermal insulation via the electric blanket after surgery. The changes in perioperative temperature， blood pressure and heart rate， and postoperative drainage volume and the rate of chill were observed. Results Compared with the thermal insulation group， the regular group had lower temperature， significant changes in heart rate and blood pressure， more drainage volume and higher rate of chill after surgery， with statistical difference.
