CD105 mRNA在原发性肝细胞癌表达及术后复发关系 　【摘要】 目的 研究原发性肝细胞癌(HCC)组织CD105 mRNA表达与根治术后早期复发的关系。方法 用逆转录聚合酶链反应(RTPCR)方法，检测32例HCC行根治性切除术后随访1年以上患者及20例肝内胆管结石患者(对照组)肝组织CD105 mRNA的表达情况。结果 中心处癌组织中CD105 mRNA的表达水平为0.45±0.02,明显高于对照组肝组织的0.26±0.02(Plt;0.05);肿瘤边缘处癌组织中CD105 mRNA的表达水平为0.65±0.08,明显高于中心处癌组织(Plt;0.05)。边缘癌组织CD105 mRNA高表达与根治术后早期复发有关(t=4.34,P=0.00)；中心处癌组织CD105 mRNA表达与根治术后早期复发无关(t=0.81,P=0.43)。中心癌组织、边缘癌组织CD105 mRNA表达与患者年龄、肿瘤的大小、临床病理分期和病理类型等均无关(Pgt;0.05)。结论 HCC边缘处癌组织CD105 mRNA表达水平明显高于中心处癌组织及对照组肝组织,且其高表达水平与HCC根治术后早期复发有关。 【关键词】 肝肿瘤； CD105 mRNA 【Abstract】 Objective To study expression of endoglin (CD105) gene in primary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) and its relationship with recurrence of HCC. Methods Thirtytwo cases of HCC followed up over 1 year after radical resection were divided into two groups: recurrence group (17 cases) and nonrecurrence group (15 cases). Reverse transcriptionpolymerase chain reaction (RTPCR) was employed to detect the expression of CD105 mRNA in tissues from 32 cases with HCC and from 20 (control) with intrahepatic bile duct stone. Results The expression of CD105 mRNA in tumor center was 0.45±0.02, significantly higher than 0.26±0.02 in control (Plt;0.05). The expression of CD105 mRNA in peripheral part of the tumor was 0.65±0.08, significantly higher than that in the tumor center (Plt;0.05). The high expression of CD105 in the periphery tissues of tumor (t=4.34,P=0.000) rather than in the tumor center (t=0.81,P=0.43) was related to recurrence of HCC. The expression of CD105 mRNA in the periphery tissue of tumor and in the tumor center showed no relation with age, tumor size, pathologic stage or pathologic type (Pgt;0.05).
