冠状动脉支架植入术对急性冠脉综合征患者血浆Syndecan4 水平 　 作者：张建兴，欧阳平，赖文岩，贝伟剑，左琦， 王峰，许顶立 【摘要】 目的 观察冠状动脉支架植入术对急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平的影响。方法 经冠状动脉造影确诊为急性冠状动脉综合征并行冠状动脉支架植入术的患者共43例，分别在术前、术后1 h和术后24 h收集血样本，并设立对照组进行比较，采用ELISA法分别测定两组患者血浆中Syndecan4 蛋白水平。结果 ①急性冠状动脉综合征支架植入组术后1 h，血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平明显升高，与术前水平比较差异有显著性（Plt;0.05），支架植入组术后24 h，血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平明显下降，与术后1 h及术前比较差异均有显著性 (Plt;0.05)。②对照组冠状动脉造影术前、术后1 h、术后24 h三个时间点的血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平比较差异无显著性 (Pgt;0.05)。急性冠状动脉综合征支架植入组术前、术后24 h两时间点的血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平与对照组比较差异无显著性;术后1 h血浆Syndecan4 蛋白水平显著高于同时间点的对照组(Plt;0.05)。结论 冠状动脉支架植入术能够明显提高急性冠状动脉综合征患者血浆中Syndecan4 蛋白水平,提示Syndecan4 作为一种生物学调节因子在血管急性机械损伤的修复及早期血管炎症反应中发挥着重要的作用。 【关键词】 Syndecan4 ；经皮冠状动脉介入治疗；急性冠脉综合征；炎症 Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of coronary stent implantation (CSI) on plasma levels of Syndecan4 protein in patients with acute coronary syndrome. Methods A total of 43 patients were angiographically confirmed acute coronary syndrome and underwent successfully coronary stent implantation. Blood samples were collected prestenting and poststenting at 1 hour and 24 hours respectively, and 11 patients with normal angiography as the control group. The plasma levels of Syndecan4 protein in patients were measured by enzymelinked immunosorbent assay(ELISA). Results The plasma concentrations of Syndecan4 protein in the CSI group increased significantly at 1 hour after stenting (Plt;0.05),the plasma levels of Syndecan4 decreased significantly at 24 hours after stenting (Plt;0.05).There were no statistical differences in plasma levels of Syndecan4 protein in the control group at three different time points (Pgt;0.05). The plasma levels of Syndecan4 protein in the CSI group at 1 hour after stenting were significantly higher than that of the control group at 1 hour after angiography (Plt;0.05). However, statistical differences in plasma levels of Syndecan4 protein were not observed between the two groups at both preoperation and at 24 hours of postoperation. Conclusion Coronary stent impla
