大黄　虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血栓前状态影响 　 作者：刘颖翰 曹文智 常桂红 赵旭春 康立忠 李国强 张剑平 石栓柱 【摘要】 　　目的 研究大黄虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血栓前状态的影响。方法 将慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化血栓前状态患者68例随机分成2组，各34例。对照组予支链氨基酸、甘利欣及还原性谷胱甘肽等常规保肝治疗。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服大黄虫丸，每次3 g，每日3次。2组均4周为1个疗程。观察2组治疗后血浆血管假性血友病因子（vWF）含量、D-二聚体（D-D）含量及血清纤维蛋白降解产物（FDP）水平变化。结果 2组治疗后血浆vWF含量、D-D含量和血清FDP水平比较差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论 大黄虫丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝硬化血栓前状态有一定的改善作用。 【关键词】 大黄虫丸 肝炎 乙型 慢性 肝硬化 von Willebrand因子 　　The therapeutic effect of Dahuangdizhechong pill on prethrombotic state of patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis. 　　【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effect of Dahuangdizhechong pill on prethrombotic state of patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis. Methods 68 patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis were randomly divided into 2 groups, 34 for each group. Patients in control group were treated in the routine method with Branched-chain Amino Acid, Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate, L-Glutathione. The treatment group, on the basis of control group, was given Dahuangdizhechong pill, 3g for each time, 3 times a day. Both groups have the same treatment course of 4 weeks. Plasma von Willebrand?s factor (vWF), D-Dimer(D-D) concentration and serum FDP levers were measured and compared. Results Before treatment, the level of plasma vWF, D-D and serum FDP in treated group and control group were(208.81±36.65)%,(0.80±0.14) mg/L,(8.46±3.30) μg/mL/, (210.46±38.85)%, (0.79±0.16)mg/L,(8.49±3.22)μg/mL,respectively(Pgt;0.05).After treatment, the level of plasma vWF, D-D and serum FDP in treated group and control group were(100.23±34.25)%,(0.40±0.10)mg/L, (3.66±1.24)μg/mL,(206.84±40.46)%,(0.76±0.14)mg/L,(8.16±3.03)μg/mL, respectively(Plt;0.01). The effect of lowering was greater in the treated group than that in the control group (Plt;0.01). There was a significant difference between two groups (Plt;0.01). Conclusion Dahuangdizhechong pill has positive effect in treating the prethrombotic state of patients with chronic hepatitis B or liver cirrhosis. 　　【Key word
