实验探究·不同能量级别体外冲击波及骨不连愈合关系 　【摘要】 根据不同能量级别体外冲击波对兔桡骨骨不连的影响，获得治疗骨不连的最佳冲击波能量。［方法］选用雌性新西兰大白兔32只，随机分为A、B 2组，以每只动物双前肢桡骨为实验对象，又分为A1、A2、B1、B2四组，A１、B１组为右前肢，A2、B2组为左前肢，制成桡骨骨不连模型。分别用0. 3、0. 4、0. 5、0. 6 mj／mm2　4种能量级别的冲击波对A1、A2、B1、B2 4组分别进行治疗，于治疗前后观察和比较各组的治疗情况、X线片和组织学变化，并作统计学分析。［结果］各组治疗前后骨折间隙的变化在统计学上均有非常显著性差异(Plt;0. 01)，而治疗后第8、12周各组间比较，A2、B1组骨折间隙的愈合情况明显优于A1、B2组，差异有显著或非常显著性意义(Plt;0. 05～Plt;0. 01)。［结论］0. 4～0. 5 mj／mm2是治疗骨不连的最佳冲击波能量级别，能量过低或过高均可影响骨不连愈合或造成组织损伤。 【关键词】 体外冲击波 能量 骨不连 骨愈合 Relation of bone fracture nonunion with different energy grade of extracorporeal shock waves∥LIANG Bin, LI Hongyu, LI Lichun, et al. Department of Orthopaedics, the People’s Hospital of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region,Nanning 530021,China Abstract：［Objective］Acocording to the effect with different energy grade of extracorporeal shock waves to obtain the better energy of extracorporeal shock waves on treating the nonunion of rabbit radius fracture.［Method］The nonunion model was established in the radius of 32 standard New Zealand white female rabbits,they were’ randomly divided into A1,A2,B1 and B2 4 groups. A1 and B1 were the right, A2 and B2 was the left. Treating effect,Xrays film and changs of tissue histology in each experimental groups were observed before and after treament by the shock waves with 0.3,0.4, 0.5 and 0.6 mj/mm2 energy to analyze the statistical difference among the each experimental group.［Result］There was a significant difference (Plt;0.01) on the nonunion gap of the each experimental group between before and　after treament. Moreover, the healing of nonunion gap were better A2 and B1 of the　eighth and twelfth weeks than A1 and B2 of the eighth and twelfth weeks,there was a significant or very significant difference (Plt;0.05～0.01 ) on the nonunion gap of the experimental group between them after treament.［Conclusion］The extracorporeal shock wave with 0.4～0.5 mj/mm2 is the better energy grade of extracorporeal shock waves on treating the nonunion,the high and low energy may affect
