急性脑出血并发上消化道出血临床分析 　【摘要】 　　［目的］ 探讨脑出血并发应激上消化道出血的相关因素及并发上消化道出血与死亡率的关系。［方法］分析脑出血病118例。比较合并应激上消化道出血的观察组及无应激上消化道出血的对照组。［结果］ 观察组和对照组在病死率方面差异有显著性。［结论］ 脑出血并发应激上消化道出血，导致死亡率显著升高，应早期预防。 【关键词】 脑出血 消化性溃疡 应激 　　Abstract：［Objective］To discuss the relationship between death rate and complication upper digestive tract bleeding, the concerned factors of cerebral hemorrhage combined with the disease above.［Method］Analyse cerebral hemorrhage 118 cases. Compare the observation group with upper digestive tract bleeding and the control group without the disease.［Result］Theres marked difference between the two groups
