本科生毕业设计 题 ? 目：Abstract Paper is designed by the punching mould, blanking mould design, sheet metal stamping is mainly will get separated or forming parts processing methods. Because the mold production mainly mass production, and mould can ensure the precision stamping products and product quality, the mold design and manufacture of the main consideration of mould design can meet the design, can processing manufaturability qualified parts, and then repair and storage whether reasonable, etc. In the design of the止动件, （connect heater to ）make the parts can satisfy the requirements, it also ensures that its service life. This designing is designed by the punching mould, blanking mould design, Through analyzing the technological characteristics of 止动件, the forming processes of this part were put forward, in which punching, blanking, were included. The stamping scheme, the structural characteristics and the key design points of the multiposition progressive die for the 止动件 were introduced. It has a certain reference function for die design of the similar parts. The multi position progressive die can be used to process complex parts quickly through a progressive die ,so it is widely used in industrial production. Based on the analysis of stamping process of typical spring clinch , the design of the multi posit ion progressive die for spring clinch was introduced from the aspects of the lay out for punching ,bending , cuting, the over all structure of the die and the design of the main parts of the die. Design scheme of the progressive die was determinated. The molds took full advantage of the structural characteristics of the workpiece itself and adopted less waste material blanking , material giving out and discharging auto maticly process, which availably improved material utilizat ion and production efficiency.
