基于Flexsim的铸造企业发货质保流程
仿真优化研究

摘要：对某一中高端砂铸企业发货质保流程存在的问题进行了研究，提出仿真和优化相结合进行流程优化的方法。
该方法用Flexsim对该企业原有流程进行仿真分析，根据ECRS原则对原有流程进行优化，建立优化后的模型并再次
仿真。将此仿真和优化相结合的方法应用到该企业发货质保流程的优化中，解决了企业发货效率偏低的问题，为铸
造企业信息化深化应用、流程优化改造提供了参考。
关键词：铸造；Flexsim；仿真；流程优化；发货质保
