The age was 18~83 years. There were 1 cases of type 33 diabetes and 2 cases of type 207 diabetes mellitus. All cases were confirmed clinically. 2 psychological problems 2.1 anger, pessimism, and disappointment 2.1.1 analysis of these patients with mental state are 1 type DM, accounting for 52%. Because the patient is mostly young, once diagnosed, will rely on exogenous insulin for life.
