survivin、VEGF及Ki67在结直肠癌中表达及其临床意义 　【摘要】 目的 探讨结直肠癌组织中存活素（survivin）、血管内皮生长因子（Vascular endothelial growth factor,VEGF）、细胞核增殖相关抗原Ki67的表达与各临床病理因素的关系，评价survivin、VEGF及 Ki67在结直肠癌预后判断中的价值。 方法 采用免疫组织化学PowerVision两步法检测40例结直肠癌组织中survivin、VEGF及 Ki67的表达情况，回顾性分析survivin、VEGF及 Ki67与各临床病理因素及预后之间的关系。结果 survivin、VEGF及 Ki67在结直肠癌组织中的表达阳性率均明显高于癌旁正常组织(Plt;0.01)，与Duke’s分期及淋巴结转移有明显相关(Plt;0.05),Duke’s C期、D期结直肠癌组织明显高于Duke’s A期、B期，有淋巴结转移组survivin、VEGF及 Ki67阳性率明显高于无淋巴结转移组。survivin、VEGF及 Ki67阳性表达患者3、5年生存率明显低于表达阴性者(Plt;0.05)。结论 在结直肠癌发生、发展过程中伴随着survivin、VEGF及Ki67的表达，检测结直肠癌组织survivin、 VEGF及Ki67可能对判断结直肠癌的淋巴结转移及病情进展有一定的价值。survivin、VEGF及 Ki67阳性的患者3年、5年生存率明显降低，对三者进行检测，可以对结直肠癌患者的预后评估有一定的辅助意义。 【关键词】 survivin；VEGF；Ki67；结直肠癌；免疫组织化学 　　Expression and Clinical Significance of survivin、VEGF and Ki67 in Colorectal Carcinoma 　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of survivin、VEGF 、Ki67 and the clinicopathologic parameters in colorectal carcinoma(CRC),and evaluate their significances in predicating the prognosis.Methods Immunohistochemical method by twostep Power Vision was used to detect survivin、VEGF 、Ki67 expression in 40 patients with CRC.The relationship between the expression of survivin、VEGF 、Ki67 and the clinicopathologic parameters,prognosis was retrospectively analyzed.Results The positive rates of survivin、VEGF 、Ki67 in CRC were all higher than those in matched normal tissues(Plt;0.01).Their expressions were related to Duke’s stages and the metastasis of lymph nodes.The expression rates of the three markers in CRC with the metastasis of lymph nodes were higher than those without metastasis(Plt;0.05),and higher in Duke’s C、D stages than in Duke’s A、B stages(Plt;0.05).survival rate of 3 years and 5 years were lower in those patients with the positive expression of these markers than in those with the negative expression(Plt;0.05).Conclusion The expression of survivin、VEGF 、Ki67 were associated with the development and metastasis of CRC.The patients with expressions o
