急性阑尾炎B超诊断分析 　【关键词】 超声诊断；急性阑尾炎；诊断率 　　［摘 要］ 目的:对97例经手术后病理结果证实的与术前超声检查所得结果对比分析。方法:应用超声诊断仪检查全腹，重点右下腹,分析了急性单纯性阑尾炎、化脓性坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎及阑尾周围脓肿的典型声像改变及其超声所伴发的间接征象。结果:97例中,均行手术治疗后结果为单纯性阑尾炎的26例,化脓坏疽穿孔性阑尾炎45例,阑尾周围脓肿20例,有1例误诊,5例漏诊。结论:阑尾周围脓肿及急性穿孔化脓性化疽性阑尾炎因有典型的声像图改变,故超声诊断的符合率较高；而部分急性单纯性阑尾炎因为声像图改变不典型,则容易造成误诊和漏诊。所以，在今后的工作中既要注重超声诊断的直接征象,也要重视间接征象及临床病史等,以提高正确的诊断率。 　　［关键词］ 超声诊断；急性阑尾炎；诊断率 　　Acute Appendicitis USG Diagnostic Analysis 　　Abstract：Objective To a through after operation pathologic analysis the result confirms of check with ex USG in surgical operation the income of result contrast analysis.Methods Applying the USG examines a patient instrument check whole belly and right and next belly in points,analyzing the acute simple appendicitis,acute gangrenous and perforative appendicitis and appendiceal abscess of the typical an indirectly for like ofly changing and USG a companion hair advertises for the elephant.Result 97 inside.All practice after operation the result is an acute simple appendicitis of 26 example,acute gangrenous and perforative appendicitis 45 example,the example of appendiceal abscess20,have 1 misdiagnosis,5 Defines.Conclusion Acute gangrenous and perforative appendiciti and appendiceal abscess part of acutes simple appendicitis because it is typical model that a like of diagram changes because of there is a like of diagram changing,so,the USG examines a patient to match the rate higher,the so result in the misdiagnosis easily with the Define,so in from now on of work since make a point of the USG examine a patient of advertise for the elephant directly,also do not neglect the indirectly advertise for elephant and clinical disease history etc.s,toing increase the right diagnosis rate. 　　Key words:USG diagnosis；Acute appendicitis；Diagnosis rats 　　 　　回顾我院从2003年12月至2005年12月97例住院患者中急性阑尾炎的超声诊断的声像图改变的资料分析,总结其特征,有待提高对非典型性阑尾炎的超声诊断符合率。 　　1 资料与方法 　　97例患者均因转移性右下腹痛及非转移性右下腹痛,伴不同程度的恶心、呕吐,发热及白细胞总数及中性粒细胞增高,其中男性64例,女性33例,年龄为10岁~68岁,病程5 h~24 h,采用东芝SSA-220型黑白超声诊断仪及GELOGIQ400型彩色多普勒诊断仪,探头频率
