组织均衡技术在DR颈胸椎影像中探析 　【关键词】 直接数字化X线摄影；颈胸椎；组织均衡技术 　　［摘要］ 目的：探讨颈胸椎直接数字化X线摄影（DR）中，采用组织均衡技术的DR图像与标准DR图像的差别。方法：从我院2005年11月至2006年2月所摄的DR颈胸椎影像中按顺序抽取颈椎100例、胸椎100例，共200例作为分析材料，通过运用组织均衡技术的图像进行处理，比较组织均衡图像与标准DR图像的差别。结果：运用组织均衡技术的图像，同一幅图像上不同密度不同体厚的椎体、小关节、关节间隙、骨骼和周围的软组织均可清晰显示，标准DR图像需调节不同的窗宽、窗位才能清晰显示不同密度不同体厚的各段椎体、关节间隙、骨骼和周围的软组织。结论：在直接数字化X线摄影中，运用组织均衡技术能明显改善先前受密度和体厚影响而难于同时观察各段椎体结构及周围软组织，使DR的应用更完美。 　　 　　［关键词］ 直接数字化X线摄影；颈胸椎；组织均衡技术 　　Organize the Balanced Technique in DR Neek Thoracic Vertebrae 　　Abstract:Objective Inquiry into the direct numeral of the neck thoracic vertebrae turns the X line to photograph(DR)medium,adopt the organization difference of the balanced and technical picture of DR and standard picture of DR.Methods From my hospital goes to in November 2005 in January 2006 shoot of sample 100 of cervical vertebra in order in the DR neck thoracic vertebrae image,total 200 conduct and actionses analysis materil,organize the balanced and technical picture to carry on the processing through an usage,relatively organize the difference of the balanced picture and standard picture of DR.Results The usage organizes the balanced and technical picture,the different density different body thick body of spine,small joint,joint cleft,skeleton different fron the soft organization of the surroundings all can clear manifestation,standard picture of DR need the window breadth,the window of regulate the dissimilarity and then can be clear to show density different body thick each spine body,joint cleft,skeleton and soft organization of the surroundingses on the same of picture.Conclusion In direct numeral turn X line photograph,the usage organize the balanced technique and can improve obviously to be subjected to the thick influence of density and bodies in times before but difficult observe the soft organization of the each spine body structure and surroundingses at the same time,make DR application more perfect. 　　Key words：The direct numeral turns the X line to photograph; The neck thoracic v
