abstract Abstract After 20 years of development, Chinas private enterprises to overcome the many shortcomings of their own development, Chinas national economy has become an important part. Because of Chinas private enterprises are in the early stages of development, and private enterprise is a product of our economic system characteristics, the domestic scholars on private enterprise is not a lot, but with private enterprises in Chinas economy plays an increasingly important status and development of private enterprises have become the focus of scholars and entrepreneurs of attention. This article will introduce professional managers of private enterprises to construct a mechanism to do some exploratory research. In this study, the relevant literature, after doing a thorough understanding of, first, the status of private enterprises and professional managers to do our descriptive analysis, and professional managers of private enterprises and the introduction of the introduction of the process model to do a detailed analysis. Then in Yunnan and Sichuan provinces of private enterprise as the research object, by using interviews and questionnaires in the form of its research, the use of the scientific method to follow, based on the hope to be able to identify the introduction of professional managers of private enterprises in the process of factors and their impact, and construct a linear model of relevant factors in the study, and then do empirical research on this basis. Finally, this study introduced professional managers of private enterprises and the introduction of a process model put forward some suggest
