All the patients in this group met the following diagnostic criteria: (1) the clinical manifestations included pain of neck, shoulder, back, upper limb, and radiation pain, accompanied by numbness of upper limb, limited motion of neck, nausea, vomiting and tinnitus. Tenderness of cervical spine or vertebral neck, neck movement disorder, positive traction test of brachial plexus, positive intervertebral foramen extrusion test, positive position vertigo test. X - ray radiography of the cervical spine showed 94 cases of cervical hyperosteogeny, 28 cases of cervical stenosis and 16 cases of cervical spinal stenosis, and the change of cervical curvature. 2 treatment All patients were treated by Fengs manipulation, namely cervical manipulation, tendons and tendon method acupuncture method.
