The twenty-fifth chapter, problem solving ability
Problem-Solving (Ability) refers to finding the right way or method to analyze peoples anxiety and situation, and exploring potential ways to solve the problem. This quality solves the problem that you are providing people with effective situational frameworks to think about their problems and problems, and then lead people to possible answers
Questions related to this quality are included in the questionnaire:
1. help people understand facts and data before they come up with solutions.
2. routine presentations and the use of a series of problem solving methods and tools.
3. encourage people to question common practices or sacred people or things.
4. attempts to foresee the outcome of different actions.
5. encourage people to look for situations or problems they are facing.
6. ask questions that can be explored or profound to help people find the cause of the problem.
High score feature:
The score was mainly at 4~5 points (frequent and almost always), suggesting that this person often encourages people to take different approaches to problems or problems, using a range of different analytical tools. She or he will encourage people to come up with several possible solutions, using evidence to assess the best measures to find the most likely direction for future action.
High achievers are knowledgeable, able to understand a range of problem solving methods, and have the ability to present the most appropriate approach when circumstances permit.
Low scoring feature:
The score was between 1~2 points (occasionally and almost never), suggesting that the person rarely offers creative problem solving or problem analysis tools, techniques, and methods when mentoring others. They tend to allow others to tolerate restrictive rules or boundaries that limit their ability to find better solutions or overall methods.
