The study on applying modern technologies to the Vietnamese construction industry is an essential need. To meet the need, Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint-Stock Company has bravely imported innovative technologies in the world (precast prestressed concrete technology). Mr. Dang Hoang Huy was born on May 13rd 1961. He graduated from Hanoi University of Mining and Geology, Faculty of Electrification in 1983. From 1983 to 2001, he worked in Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint-Stock Company. From 2002 to 2008, he was the director of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint-Stock Company. He has worked as the General Director of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint-Stock Company since 2008. Mr. Duong Van Mau was born in October 06th 1978. He graduated from Viet Nam University of Civil Engineering, Faculty of Civil Engineering. From 2001 to 2004, he worked in Vinaconex RD Joint-Stock Company. From 2004 to 2008, he was the manager of the Technology Department, Vinaconex Xuan Mai Concrete and Construction Joint- Stock Company. He has been the director of Vinaconex Xuan Mai Design Consultant Joint-Stock Company since 2008.
