Under this background, this paper emphasizes the RD process management is the application of management innovation in the management of RD, analyzes the basic characteristics of RD management process; discusses the significance of RD RD performance management process; put forward the evaluation index system of information management process of RD. First, our country enterprise RD management existence question The process of enterprise management is an innovative management to increase enterprise value. In the transition from the industrial society to the information society in our country, the economic system has shifted from industrial economy to service economy based on information and knowledge.
