红十字会与红新月会国际联合会（International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies） The Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the International Federation (English: International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, the members of the National Red Cross or Red Crescent Society) is a worldwide volunteer rescue organization, for the purpose of promoting the International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement , is the worlds largest organization, which is the most similar organization influential, in addition to many state legislation to protect its special position in the war, the Red Cross also often work closely with the government, the army. In 1864, the Red Cross has been extended to 12 countries in Europe, and for the first time in Geneva signed a war army to improve the condition of the wounded in the Geneva Convention, the first Geneva convention. International Relief Committee renamed the International Committee of the Red Cross in 1875 (Internation
