绝经后妇女冠心病患者性激素变化的研究（The study of sex hormone changes in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease） The study of sex hormone changes in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease 2010-08-02 Liang Wanning, Wu Saizhu, Liu Yili Qiu Yurong, Fan Yixiang, Wang Shujuan [Abstract] Objective To explore the changes of sex hormones (SH) in postmenopausal women with coronary heart disease. Method for continuous determination of 52 postmenopausal women more than 1 years in patients with coronary heart disease (group I, mean age 63.8 + 0.83 years), 38 cases of postmenopausal women 1 years without coronary heart disease (Group II, mean age 64.6 + 0.79 years) and 86 patients without coronary heart disease in normal premenopausal women (group III, the average age of 41.5 0.68) the serum estradiol (E2) and progesterone (P), follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and luteinizing hormone (LH) and lipid profile. Results the level of E2 in group I was obviously lower, which was 53% and 28% in group II and group III, and the level of P decreased, but there was no significant difference between the three groups. The levels of FSH and LH in group I were significantly higher than those in group II and group III (E2). Compared with groups I and II and III group, total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) levels were significantly increased; high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) levels were significantly lower than group TC; group II, LDL-C levels are significantly increased; but the level of HDL-C decreased significantly (P 0.001). Linear correlation analysis showed that E2 was negatively correlated with FSH, LH, TC, TG, LDL-C level was positively correlated with the level of HDL-C, the correlation coefficients were -0.68, -0.56, -0.63, -0.37, -0.53, 0.22 (P = 0.001).
