摘 要 随着电力体制的改革，电厂在经济上将独立核算，削减运行维修费用成为发电 企业降低发电成本的首选目标，状态检修必将得到广泛的重视。 本文以华电红雁池发电厂（以下简称华电红电）设备检修为研究对象，首先综 述设备检修中事后检修方式、预防检修方式和状态检修方式各自的优缺点；其次分 析华电红电设备检修的现状及存在问题，实行状态检修的必要性和可行性；应用可 靠性管理理论建立华电红电设备故障分布的数学模型，对华电红电设备可靠性进行 分析和预测；探讨了华电红电设备状态检修的技术构架；针对主设备、主要辅机和 辅助设备分别采取不同的检测技术，并建立设备状态数据中心，利用采集到的数据 对设备运行状况进行预测和分析，针对设备的运行状态确定不同的检修计划；最后 探讨了华电红电设备状态检修管理问题，包括数据综合管理、备品备件管理、检修 人员管理以及优化检修计划的内容，提出华电红电设备状态检修方案的实施措施。 关键词：设备管理，可靠性，状态监测，状态检修 Abstract The paper aim at the Huadian Hongyanchi power plant; narrate several ways of equipment examining and repairing and their advantage and disadvantage at first ；point out the significance of practise condition maintenance in the Huadian Hongyanchi power plant. Then, the paper analysis the actuality and shortage of the power plant; set up mathematical model of the power plant based on the theory of reliability ；validate fault probability of the equipment diagnose and prognosis the reliability of the equipments in the power plant ； construct the technology frame of the power plant on the basis of the former work: adopt different examining means for different type of equipment ；explain the reason for adopting corresponding method and the ways measure method ；set up the database of equipment condition; analysis the equipment condition scientifically making use of thesis data to get hold of the equipment health condition.
