The theoretical model of multi-heat-source heat pipe thermal module is built by network method of thermal resistance. Numerical simulations on the transient temperatures of this cooling structure are performed using MATLAB. The thermal-dispersing performance is analyzed at the design and off-design heat dissipating capacities. The results show that the transient response of heat pipe thermal module is fast and the temperature difference of radiator is maximum. The transient temperature response is hysteretic. The effect of heat dissipating capacities on the heat sources is more obvious than on the environment.
