Method Male Wistar rats were randomly divided into model group rats and normal control group rats ( Stochastic tables method).The model group rats were injected small dosage STZ from the tail vein(30mg per kg body weight ),and after two weeks they were continuously fed with high-fat diet for eight weeks. the T2DM rats be made into model successfully were divided into the model control group rats and the EA treatment group rats randomly, afterward we start to carry on the intervention according to the grouping differently.
