Gulliver, the hero of the book, is a lover of traveling. He is eager to travel around the world and go through every corner of the world. Gulliver made a lot of power for this country, but at last he was impeached by the court and forced to leave the country. This also reflects from a certain angle the gloom of the British government, the struggle between the various political parties and the war with France, and so on, and fully demonstrates the authors superb writing skills. In adults, Gulliver looked at the human race from the point of view of the dwarf, ironically some of the bad habits of human beings. The flying island in the third part left a deep impression on me. The people on the island only paid attention to music and mathematics. They didnt expect all aspects to develop so as to make the country stronger. Whats more, people who study strange experiments, such as using cobwebs as a defense line, smell and touch colors, and restore dung to their original food, etc.. These experiments are very stupid, even some experimental no significance, but they are still keen to do these experiments, but not to build a better house or grow more excellent food, let the land have become obsolete is really puzzling not to regard it as right. The author writes a sarcastic irony to those who are merely armchair scientists, and satirize the madness and evil nature of human beings.
