职业性皮肤癌常识（Common sense of occupational skin cancer） An overview of occupational skin cancer Occupational cancer (occupational skin) refers to the skin tumor which is affected by many factors in the course of professional work. Etiology of occupational skin cancer (1) the cause of the disease; 1. chemical carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons is mainly caused by the occupation of chemical substances, skin tumors including asphalt, tar, soot, carbon black, paraffin and mineral oil, long-term exposure to these substances and their metabolites can induce skin cancer, benzo (3, 4-benzpyrene) is a product of all material containing carbon metabolism in the process of in vivo, by cyclooxygenase, microsomal hydroxylase and a series of functions, namely into epoxide alkylating agent, and nucleic acid binding, interference of genetic information, generate abnormal base pairs or interfere with the complete dissociation and cancerous cause transcription.
