2009 5 27 5 　 ·425 · ·· 陈晓勇　杨　静　张　纯　王　薇 Therandomlysamplingsurveyofglaucomaawarenessingeneralclinic ChenXiaoyong, YangJing, ZhangChun, WangWe.iPeingUniversityEyeCente,rBeijingUniversityThird Hospita,lBeijing100083, China 　　Abstrac　tObjective　Glaucomaisaleadingcauseofblindnessinworldwide.Toenhancetheeducationofpreventionand treamtentofglaucomaisverymiportantformiprovingtheawarenessabilityforglaucomaintargetpopulation.Presentpaperwasa surveytodeterminetheglaucomaawarenessinapopulationvisitingageneraleyeclinic.　Methods　Aquestionnaireabout glaucomawasdesignedandadministratedingeneraleyeclinicpatients(n=646 ).Ch-isquareandmultivariatelogisticregression wasusedtodeterminetheinfluenceofdemographicandclinicalfeaturesonawarenessofglaucoma.　Results　Thepatientswith glaucomaunawarenessoverallwereidentifiedin66.6% ofthetotalpopulation, and5 1.6 1% ofthemwasthepatientswith sufferingfromglaucom.Therewerenosignificantdifferenceswerefoundinglaucomaawarenessbetweenmaleandfemal,ewith andwithoutsteroid, withandwithoutsystemichypertension, withandwithoutdiabete,swithandwithoutmyopia(P0.05 ). Howeve,robviousdifferenceswereseeninglaucomaawarenessamongdifferentage,seducationbacground,sspecialtiesinthe healthfield, withandwithoutregularocularexamination, withandwithoutthehistoryofdilatedpupil,swithandwithoutfamily historyofglaucoma(P0.05 ).Theglaucomaawarenessabilitywasenhancedinthepopulationwithcardiovasculardiseaseand administrationofmedicationforhighbloodpressure.Thepositivecorrelationwasindicatedbetweenglaucomaawarenessability andthefactorsmentionedabove.　Conclusion　Thisoutcomeimpliesthatthepopulationwithmyopi,ausageofsteroid, systemic hypertension, diabete,slowereducationbacground, lesseyecar,eandevensmallamountofglaucomapatientsaremorelielyto beunfamiliarwithglauco
