  摘 要 本文主要对中街山列岛邻近海域及其典型养殖区的浮游植物群落特征进行了研 究。在 2011 年度中，按照季度划分时间，对中街山列岛海域及其典型养殖海区青浜 岛海域设置大面站，分别进行了每季度一次的浮游植物定性和定量样品的采集，对其 种类组成，优势种，细胞密度，多样性指数，均匀度指数，丰度指数进行了分析，且 结合环境相关因子，对浮游植物在研究海区的生长特点进行了探讨。并在 2012 年夏 秋季，对典型养殖海区青浜岛海域浮游植物的动态分布特征进行了研究。 在2011年的年度调查中，中街山列岛海域共鉴定得浮游植物4门49属128种。 其中,硅藻门98种,甲藻门25种,金藻门4种,蓝藻门1种。中街山列岛海域典型养殖 区青浜岛海域共鉴定得浮游植物种类3门26属50种。其中硅藻门36种，甲藻门12 种，蓝藻门2种。年度调查中，两调查海区的浮游植物门类仍以硅藻和甲藻为主。年 度调查中，中街山列岛海域浮游植物与环境因子的相关性随季节有一定程度的变化， 典型养殖区青浜岛海域年度调查中，浮游植物密度与环境因子间的相关性主要体现在 营养盐含量对其的影响。 在对青浜岛海域夏秋季浮游植物昼夜分布调查中，两季节中浮游植物数量昼夜变 化明显，表底层的变化趋势不一致，且有随着深度的增加，其数量逐渐减小的趋势。 在青浜岛海域夏秋季大小潮调查中，浮游植物群落在不同季节的大小潮分布中差异较 明显。 关键词:浮游植物；中街山列岛海域；群落特征；环境因子；动态分布 I      Abstract This thesis paper is mainly about the study of phytoplankton community in Zhongjieshan islands coastal areas and Qingbang islands coastal areas. In 2011, we set up serial stations monitoring the aquaculture area near Zhongjieshan islands coastal areas and Qingbang islands areas. We sampled the phytoplankton at each quarter of a year at certain quality and quantity then analyzed the species composition, dominant species, cell density, indices of evenness and diversity, and abundance index in order to generalize the characteristics of the growth of phytoplankton in this sea area. In the summer and autumn of 2012, we researched the dynamic distribution of phytoplankton in the typical aquaculture sea area.
