中南大学学报 (医学版) JCentSouthUniv(MedSci) l20l · REVIEW · · 综 述 · 结直肠癌组学及分子分型研究进展 彭娅 ，沈守荣 (中南大学湘雅三医院消化 内科 ，长沙 410013) [摘要] 利用各种先进的组学技术筛选疾病特异性标志物 ，建立早期诊 断、预后判断的分子分型模 式 已成为各种疾病 ，尤其是肿 瘤研究领域的热点。结直肠癌是 最常见 的恶性肿瘤之一 ，传统的结直肠癌 诊断及 治疗主要依赖于临床表现和经典的病理及影像学检查方法 ，但 临床上经常发现 同一病理类型 、同 一 分期 、采用 同一治疗方案的结直肠癌患者却有完全不 同的预后和转 归。因此 ，利用组学技术筛选结直 肠癌早期诊断和预后判断的分子标志物 ，构建结直肠癌分子分型的诊断标准 ，用于指导临床进行个体化 治疗显得 尤为 重要 。 [关键词] 结直肠癌 ； 组学研 究； 分子分型 DOI：10．3969／i．issn．1672—7347．2010．11．015 Omicsdocking andmolecularclassification in colorectalcancer PENG Ya，SHEN Shourong (DepartmentofGastroenterology， XiangyaHospital，CentralSouthUniversity，Changsha41O013，China) Abstract： Omicsdockinghasbecomeahotspotinoncologyresearch，whichisusedtoscreen specificbiomarkersfortheestablishmentofmolecularclassification in thetreatmentand／orprognosis ofdiseases，especiallyincancerresearch．Colorectalcancer(CRC)isoneofthecommonmalignant tumors，thetraditionaldiagnosisandtreatmentofwhich dependsonclinicalmanifestations，classic pathologicaland imaging examination．In clinicalpathology，completely differentfatesandprognoses wereobserved inCRC patientswith thesametype，atthesamestage，and evenwiththesametreat— ment．Itiscriticaltousetheomicsdockingstrateyg toselectmolecularbiomarkersofrearlydiagnosis and to assessthe prognosisofCRC，to further standardizemolecular classification model，and to guideindividualtreatmentofCRC． Keywords
