本科毕业论文 题 目 会计信息化环境下的企业内部控制研究 系 别 会计系 专业班级 国际会计0912班 姓 名 王海云 指导教师 高翔 年 月 日 内容摘要 伴随着现代信息技术的快速发展和高科技网络跨时代的到来，社会各方面都产生巨大的改变，也给会计工作带来了机遇和挑战。近年来全球各地会计造假事件频发，使会计信息使用者不禁对当前会计信息质量很担忧，虽然我国财政部在加强企业内部控制方面财政部负责制定相应的制度、规范，企业遵照执行的同时便加强了内部控制做了不少努力,对于加强内部控制、整顿和规范市场经济秩序起着一定的促进作用，但对于会计信息化背景下的企业内部控制方面的研究,还存在许多不足之处，会计信息化对企业内部控制影响不容小觑,特别是企业内部控制存在不确定性加大等问题，可以从优化内部控制环境,更新和完善内部控制制度，强化监督检查等方面强化企业内部控制。基于此，本文将对当前企业如何建立适应会计信息化环境的内部控制，提供具有借鉴意义的做法,为内部控制实务的革新提供指引。 关键词：会计信息化；内部控制；会计信息系统 Abstract With the development of modern information technology and the advent of the Internet age, the social aspect of change also brings opportunities and challenges to the accounting work.
