国美与沃尔玛供应链管理的比较研究 摘要：沃尔玛是世界上零售企业供应链成功的典范,是我国零售企业一直学习的楷模,沃尔玛的供应链管理经验也是国内许多企业借鉴的对象。国美作为我国家电零售行业最大的企业,在供应链管理上有许多成功之处,但和沃尔玛比较起来国美的供应链管理仍然存在很多问题。本文从国美和沃尔玛供应链管理的入手，运用了比较分析法、案例分析法、系统分析法,依据供应链管理的相关理论，将国美和沃尔玛的供应链管理作为研究对象,进行比较、研究、分析,总结其供应链管理的成功之处，对国美的供应链管理发展有重要意义。 关键词：沃尔玛 供应链 国美 供应链管理 Abstract: WAL-MART is the worlds retail supply chain model of success, is the model for the retail enterprises in our country have been learning experience,the object of supply chain management of WAL-MART is the domestic many enterprises for reference. Gome as Chinas home appliance retail industrys largest enterprises, there are many successes in the supply chain management,but the comparison of supply chain management and WAL-MART Gome still has many problems. This paper from the Gome and WAL-MARTs supply chain management firstly, using the method of comparative analysis, case analysis,system, according to the relevant theories of supply chain management, Gomeand WAL-MARTs supply chain management as the research object, carries on the analysis comparison, research, summarize the success of supply chain management, has important significance the country of the United States anddevelopment of supply chain management.
