College students have to deal with more hardships in their personal growth path. Setbacks strength need college students make efforts to overcome everything they face .However, because they are not fully mature, they are very prone to have anxiety, sadness, bad mood, seriously will take extreme ultra practice. Therefore, higher education should adhere to the people-centered concept and focus on both knowledge-based education and setback education Based on the present college students practical, the article include five aspects :First of all, taking frequent suicides as the starting point, education research in summarizes the domestic and foreign setbacks based on the status quo of college education, points out that improving college students frustration endurance is necessary Secondly, define the connotation of education and frustration setback education, puts forward the theoretical basis of the frustration that the non continuity education and Abel Ellis’s finished setbacks ABC theory.
