东北财经大学本科毕业论文 我国煤炭企业核心竞争力研究 作 者： 汪 天 祥 院 系： 淮南电大 专 业： 工商管理 年 级： 2003年春 学 号： 031040031 指导教师： 廖仲达　王俊 答辩日期： 成 绩： 内容提要 能源是国民经济的重要基础，是现代社会正常运转不可或缺的基本条件。煤炭是中国的主体能源，在国民经济发展中具有战略地位。煤炭企业是能源资源活动重要的微观主体，经历了多年的计划经济和市场经济的风雨。随着全球经济一体化和我国改革开放的深入推进，打造煤炭企业核心竞争力，获取并保持持续的竞争优势，是我们煤炭工作者和理论工作者的重要使命。本文以煤炭企业为例，以经济学、企业核心竞争力理论、知识经济等理论为指导，通过对煤炭企业运行特征的规律性分析，提出对煤炭企业核心竞争力的识别标准，进而提出培育和提升煤炭企业核心竞争力的基本路径，从而引导我国煤炭企业置身于国内外大背景，立足中国现实国情，遵循自身规律做强做大，提高整体竞争实力，实现可持续发展。也为我国实施能源资源安全、经济安全战略，建立有效的战略模式，提升能源企业核心竞争力走向世界提供路径分析。 关键词：煤炭企业；核心竞争力；能源安全 ABSTRACT Energy is the basis of national economy and necessary conditions of the operation of modern society. Coal is China’ main energy, and thus has strategical role in Chinese economic development. Coal companies are important micro-players among energy resource activities and have been experiencing transformation from planed economy to market economy in many years. In the context of economic globalization and ongoing of China’s reform and opening, the issues of building corporation core competence and gaining sustainable development have become popular among coal industry practitioners and theorists, who have responsibility to face the challenges. Basing on the economics, theories of corporate core competence and knowledgeable economics, and through analysis of the regularities of coal enterprises operation, this dissertation provides identifying criteria of corporate core competence and basic roadmap for coal companies to build and improve their core competence, which further prompt Chinese coal companies, rooted in Chinese state situation and global environment, to become bigger, stronger, more rivalrous and to realize sustainable development.
