江阴职业技术学院 毕业论文 课题：服装企业供应链库存管理分析 专 业 物流管理 学生姓名 刘露露 班 组 08级（1）班 学 号 20080902143 指导教师 郑柳娟 完成日期 2010年12月 服装企业供应链库存管理分析 中文摘要 随着市场、经济的全球化，服装行业的竞争异常激烈，而服装的需求变动性大，时效性强，整个服装供应链从制纱到成衣包括诸多环节，供应链比较长且存在诸多问题，因此对供应链的管理要求很高。市场竞争的激烈使得单一服装行业的管理已难以支撑企业的发展，这其中库存管理给企业造成很大的压力，是一个比较突出的难题，在此背景下，运用供应链管理技术与方法来解决服装供应链中存在的诸多问题，是比较有效的措施。本文主要尝试运用供应链管理思想来合理控制库存，寻求解决服装行业库存问题的策略。本文在对服装企业的流程和现状分析的基础上，针对其供应链库存管理现状进行诊断分析，指出当前存在的主要问题在于:配货计划、企业间的协调、信息传递等问题。借助现代供应链库存管理理论和方法，探索性地提出构建整个服装行业供应链库存优化控制模式和策略。在对服装业产品数据分析的基础上，提出了相应的库存控制模型，以寻求解决服装企业库存问题的策略。 关键词：库存管理 供应链管理 信息系统 库存控制 Study on Supply Chain Inventory Management in the Domestic Apparel Enterprises Abstract With the globalization of marketing economy，the competitiveness in apparel industry is very fierce .Further more，the demand of apparel varies widely and its time effect is strong And the whole apparel supply chain，which covers many rings from making thread to made-clothes，is a bit long and also exist more problems，so its requirement to the management of supply chain is also quite high. The fierce market competition has made it difficult to support the development of an enterprise for such a single apparel industry’s management. Among them，the pressure from the inventory management to enterprise is an outstanding and serious problem. Under such situations，it is more effective for us to use skills and methods of supply chain management to solve such questions lying in the apparel supply chain. This article tries to use the theory of supply chain management reasonably to control the inventory and thus to seek practical strategies to settle the problems in our apparel industry .Based on the analysis of the process and current situation for garment enterprises，this article carry a research on its supply chain inventory control.
