上海创意产业园区现状分析研究 摘要 随着中国城市的发展，上海近年来兴起了创意产业热。创意产业对上海的经济、文化、空间结构发展方面产生了重大的影响。因此就在过去短短的几年中，上海发展起了许许多多创意产业园区，其中不少已经小有名气，并有了一定的规模，迄今上海市政府已对四批共75家上海创意产业园区予以授牌。 本论文通过对于创意产业及创意产业园区概况的介绍，并通过对现有部分已成型的创意产业园区的调研，着重对创意产业园区的空间内容改造以及设计内容改造进行比较分析，力图能对创意产业园区这个具有重要意义的社会现象进行探究，并对现有园区存在的一些问题进行分析，并希望通过对创意产业园区的研究能对创意产业在上海的发展有推动作用。最后选择一个创意产业园区，根据其改造内容和现在的风格特色，来设计制作其宣传册，以达到推广此园区的作用。 关键词：创意产业，创意产业园区 SHANGHAI CREATIVE INDUSTRIAL AREAS SITUATION ANALYSIS ABSTRACT With the development of China, in recent years, there is an increasing concern about the creative industries in Shanghai. Creative industries have significant impact on Shanghais economic, cultural, spatial structure. Therefore, in the past few years, Shanghai has developed many creative industrial areas, and some of them have been famous. So far, 75 Shanghai creative industrial areas have been approved by the Shanghai municipal government by four times. Through the introduction of the creative industries and creative industrial areas, and through the research of some established creative industrial areas, this thesis focuses on comparing and analyzing the space transformation and the design reformation of some creative industrial areas, trying to explore this important social phenomenon of creative industrial areas, and analyzing some existing problems of these areas, and hope to give impetus to the development of Shanghai creative industries by the research. Finally, choosing a creative industrial area, designing its brochure in accordance with its transformation characteristic and the current style in order to achieve the promotion of popularize this creative industrial area.
