氟化泡沫护齿预防乳牙龋病前瞻性探究 　　【摘要】 目的：探讨氟化泡沫护齿次数对学龄前儿童龋病的影响，以更有效地降低龋病发病率。方法：将新乡市卫滨区辖区的所有幼儿园随机分为三组，以新入园的3岁儿童共计1029例为观察对象，采用氟化泡沫分别对三组儿童每年做不同次数的护齿，两年后观察，并对结果进行分析。结果：每年接受两次以上氟化泡沫护齿服务组较每年接受1次护齿服务组及未接受护齿服务组的患龋率和患者龋均差异均有统计学意义（P0.05），干预前后各组内男女之间差异均无统计学意义（P0.05）。结论：氟化泡沫护齿每年两次以上效果好，每年只做1次是无效的。护齿效果与性别无关。 【关键词】 氟化泡沫； 护齿次数； 预防； 乳牙； 龋病 Prospective Studies of Fluoride Foam Application on Caries Rate in Deciduous Teeth/LV Guang-xia，WU Su-yu，LIANG Meng.//Medical Innovation of China，2013，10（26）：009-011 【Abstract】 Objective：To evaluate the effect of the frequencies of fluoride foam application on caries rate in preschool children.Method：Weibin District Xinxiang City area all kindergartens were randomly divided into three groups， a total of 1029 cases of the new admission of a 3-year-old children were observed， respectively， three groups of children each year to do a different number of dental care with fluoride foam， two years after the observation， and the results were analyzed.Result：In the group with more than twice a year of using fluoride foam group， there was statistically significant reductions in caries rate and the Dmft， compared with the once a year group and the control group （P0.05）， no significant differences were observed between male and female in each group before or after the treatment （P0.05）. Conclusion：The data suggest that using Fluoride foam more than twice a year can protect the teeth properly，once a year is invalid.
