Institute of Plant Protection, uizhou A cademy of Agriculture Sciences, uiyang 550006, China) Abstract: W e sifted the differential expressed sequence from P lutella xy los tella susceptible strain and the deltamethrin- resistance strain by two-way cDNA representationaldifference analysis( cDNA RDA). The wt o-way cDNA RDA was per- formed respectively using cDNA from the P. xylostella susceptible strain asTester amplicon and from the deltamethrin-re- sistance strain asDriver amplicon, and using cDNA from the deltamethrin-resistance strain asTester amplicon and from the susceptible strain as Driver amplicon. The differential sequences bewt een P lutella xy los tella susceptible strain and the deltamethrin-resistance strainwere analysed prelmi inarily. A fter t
