浙江省环境资源现状及低碳经济发展的影响因素分析 ——基于二氧化碳Tapio 脱钩弹性的实证研究 浙江财经大学 宣海霞、于俊、傅家杰 摘要：环境保护问题越来越受到世界范围内的高度重视。在此背景下，应用 创新技术与创新机制，通过低碳经济模式与低碳生活方式，实现经济社会可持续 发展，越来越成为人们的普遍共识。针对这一问题，浙江省提出建设低碳浙江的 发展战略，发展以低能耗、低污染、低排放为主要特征的低碳经济。本文在分析 浙江省环境资源现状的基础上，以二氧化碳Tapio 脱钩模型为桥梁，利用单位根 检验、协整检验、格兰杰因果检验，针对影响浙江省低碳经济发展的主要因素进 行分析，得到能源消费增长率、人均GDP 增长率、第三产业从业人员所占比重三 个因素对浙江省低碳经济发展有着明显的影响。最后根据分析结果，提出了一些 意见建议。 关键词：低碳经济；二氧化碳Tapio 脱钩指标；协整检验；能源消费 The analysis of the current condition of environmental resources and factors that affect low-carbon economic development in zhejiang province - The empirical analysis based on carbon dioxide Tapio decoupling elastic Abstract: the question of environmental protection receives high attention of the world. Under the background, it has become the consensus that the society can realize sustainable economic development by innovative technology and mechanism as well as the low-carbon economic mode and lifestyle. Faced with this problem, Zhejiang province has put forward the developmental strategy of constructing low-carbon city, developing low-energy, low-pollution and low-emission economy. Based on the current condition of environmental resources , this article mainly uses carbon dioxide Tapio decoupling model as the bridge, and the unit root test, cointegration test and granger causality test to make the analysis in views of the main factor which affects the low-carbon economic development in Zhangjiang. Therefore, the article can draw a conclusion that the growth rate of energy consumption and per capita GDP as well as the I proportion of the third industry practitioners in Zhejiang province has a significant impact on the development of low-carbon economy.
