轧辊涡流探伤系统设计 摘要 轧辊是轧钢机上的轧制工具,因此轧辊表面质量直接关系到轧制后钢板的表面质量,轧辊在使用时由于承受非常大的轧制力,所以,其表面及浅表面常会出现微裂纹、软点等缺陷,如果不将这些缺陷修磨掉,就可能导致轧钢过程中辊面发生剥落,甚至爆辊等重大事故。因此,在轧辊修磨过程中,必须对轧辊表面的缺陷进行检测,以确定轧辊的修磨量。 目前,对轧辊表面或近表面缺陷的检测采方法有很多种,包括:磁粉探伤、超声波、涡流渗透探伤 本论文详细论述了涡流现象、涡产生的原理和涡流的特性,并对涡流探伤的本质进行了分析,并以此为基础设计了轧辊涡流探伤系统用于检测轧辊表面缺陷。轧辊涡流探伤系统分为三大部分:探头和探头运动部分的硬件设计、信号采集和运动控制的软件设计、信号处理及显示部分的编程。 在硬件上对涡流探头及探头运动部分进行设计,利用步进电机和步进电机驱动器。涡流传感器用于涡流探伤;模拟量线性接近开关用于测距,目的是防止探头撞坏,控制电机运动速度;两个接近开关用于防止侧面碰撞;编码器用于坐标采集。 在软件设计上,用proteus软件对探头的驱动电路进行仿真,单片机驱动步进电机的运动。整个轧辊涡流探伤系统采用的是LabVIEW软件仿真,LabVIEW软件对信号处理的设计,实现了数据采集、数据处理、波形显示、数据存储等功能。 关键词:轧辊 探伤 涡流 单片机 LabVIEW EDDY CURRENT TESTING SYSYTEM DESIGN FOR THE ROLL ABSTRACT Roll the rolling mill on the rolling tool, the roll surface quality is directly related to the roll- ed surface quality of steel, the roll in use as withstand very large rolling force, so its surface and close to the surface often occur microcracks soft point defects, if you do not repair these defects worn away, it could lead the process of rolling roll surface flaking, and even explosive rolls and other major incidents.
