高校住房分配货币化改革必要性和实践探析 　　摘要： 住房分配货币化是我国住房制度改革深化的结果，也是目前高校住房制度改革的核心。住房制度改革工作关系到每位教职工的切身利益，对学校的人才引进及队伍的稳定具有重大意义，是高校建设和发展中的重要工作。本文以西安电子科技大学为例，在分析实施住房分配货币化的必要性的基础上，探讨了在住房分配货币化改革的实践的一些做法。 Abstract： Monetization of housing distribution is a result of the China’s housing reform， which is also the core of the university housing system reform. Housing reform work which related to the vital interests of each faculty， is of great significance for talent introduction and the stability of the university， is also an important work in the construction and development of universities. Taking Xidian University
