奥美拉唑联合雷贝拉唑治疗消化性溃疡效果观察 　　[摘要] 目的 观察奥美拉唑与雷贝拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。 方法 将本院2010年1月～2011年12月收录的80例消化性溃疡患者随机分为对照组和观察组，两组患者均给予基础治疗，对照组给予口服奥美拉唑治疗，观察组在对照组的治疗基础上给予口服雷贝拉唑治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。 结果 观察组的临床治疗总有效率为92.5%，对照组的临床治疗总有效率为80.0%，观察组临床治疗总有效率明显高于对照组，两组差异有统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论 奥美拉唑与雷贝拉唑联合治疗消化性溃疡效果显著，有效提高了临床治疗效果，并且不良反应也较少，值得临床中应用与推广。 [关键词] 消化性溃疡；奥美拉唑；雷贝拉唑；临床疗效 [中图分类号] R975 [文献标识码] A [文章编号] 1674-4721（2013）07（a）-0068-02 Effect observation of omeprazole combined with rabeprazole in the treatment of peptic ulcer ZHU Zeng-zhu Shaquan Town Center Hospital of Hequ County in Shanxi Province，Hequ 036500，China [Abstract] Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of omeprazole and rabeprazole with combined treatment on peptic ulcer.Methods Eighty cases of peptic ulcer patients included by our hospital from January 2010 to December 2011 were randomly divided into control group and observation group.Two groups’ patients were all given basic treatment.The control group was given oral omeprazole treatment，and observation group were also given oral rabeprazole treatment，except for given oral omeprazole treatment same with control group，and then the treatment effect of two groups was observed.Results The total effectiveness of clinical treatment of the observation group was 92.5%，and total efficiency of clinical treatment of the control group was 80.0%，rhe total clinical efficiency of the observation group was obviously higher than that of the control group，there was significant difference （P0.05）.Conclusion In clinical treatment，the effect of using omeprazole and rabeprazole on combined treatment peptic ulcer is significant，it effectively improves the clinical treatment effect，and the adverse reactions are relatively small，then it is worthy of application and promotion in clinical practice.
