摘要 本文介绍了利用可编程控制器PLC对传送带、机械手进行的控制，可以很容易地完成自动和手动切换。 机械手是机械化、自动化生产过程中发展起来的一种新型装置。因为它能大大地改善工人的劳动条件，加快实现工业生产机械化和自动化的步伐，在生产过程中，经常要对流水线上的物体进行分拣，本毕业设计机械手传送带控制系统的PLC设计，采用的西门子PLC，对机械手的上下、左右和抓取运动进行控制，用于检测物体是否合格并且进行分类的机械装置。设计主要是机械手与传送带的原理介绍、软件仿真两部分，以组态软件仿真为核心，采用可编程控制器PLC作为控制器，设计了基于plc的运输设计，上位机采用mcgs昆仑通态软件完成工业控制计算机与PLC之间的数据通讯，并且分为自动和手动，来实现运输的存货和取货。不仅可以提高产品的质量，而且对于人身安全的保障，提高劳动生产率，节约原材料消耗和降低成本。 与此同时我利用MCGS组态昆仑通态软件对整个系统进行仿真设计监控。 关键词：PLC； 机械手；MCGS组态 Abstract This paper introduces the use of programmable controller PLC of conveyor belt, manipulator control, can easily complete the automatic and manual switch. Manipulator is developed in the process of mechanization, automation production, a new type of device. Because it can greatly improve the working conditions of workers, accelerate the pace of industrial production mechanization and automation, in the process of production, often want to sorting objects on the assembly line, this graduation design manipulator conveyor design of PLC control system, adopting Siemens PLC, up and down, left and right sides and fetching movement of manipulator control, used to test whether qualified object and classification of machinery. Design is primarily a manipulator with two parts, the principle of conveyor is introduced, the software simulation based on configuration software simulation, using programmable controller PLC as controller, designed the transportation design based on PLC, PC using kunlun pass the MCGS configuration software to complete the data communication between industrial control computer and PLC, and divided into automatic and manual, to achieve the inventory and transportation. Not only can improve the quality of the products, and for the protection of the personal safety, improve labor productivity, save raw materials consumption and reduce costs.
